WWE SmackDown June 12 2026 Match Card: Confirmed Matches And Segments

King Of The Ring First Round: Jey Uso vs LA Knight vs Royce Keys vs Finn Bálor — Confirmed

The fourth and final men’s King of the Ring first-round match. The winner advances to face Je’Von Evans in the semi-finals — with the semi-final winner going to the King of the Ring final at Night of Champions on June 27 in Riyadh.

This is the most loaded first-round match remaining. Jey Uso is the emotional favourite — he walked away from Roman Reigns’ acknowledgment ceremony on Raw June 1 and winning King of the Ring to challenge Reigns at SummerSlam would be the ultimate Bloodline payoff. LA Knight is one of Raw’s most popular superstars and has been without a defined programme since WrestleMania. Royce Keys has been rising through the SmackDown ranks as a surprise contender. Finn Bálor recently moved to SmackDown and carries Judgment Day’s support — but with Dominik Mysterio already eliminated from the tournament, will Judgment Day’s resources be focused on Bálor tonight?

Queen Of The Ring First Round: Sol Ruca vs Lyra Valkyria vs Charlotte Flair vs Jade Cargill — Confirmed

The fourth and final women’s Queen of the Ring first-round match — and arguably the most talented Fatal Four-Way in the entire tournament. Women’s Intercontinental Champion Sol Ruca enters as a dual threat — she retained her title over Valkyria on Raw Paris and now competes for a Queen of the Ring semi-final spot. Charlotte Flair is a 14-time world champion with more experience than anyone in the match. Jade Cargill pinned Rhea Ripley clean at SNME and is coming off a Clash in Italy Women’s Championship match.

The winner advances to face Liv Morgan in the semi-finals — with the semi-final winner meeting either IYO SKY or Raquel Rodriguez in the Queen of the Ring final at Night of Champions.

Gunther Reveals His Conditions For The Undisputed WWE Championship Rematch — Confirmed

SmackDown GM Nick Aldis announced that Gunther will reveal his conditions for an Undisputed WWE Championship rematch against Cody Rhodes. Gunther lost to Rhodes at Clash in Italy but has continued to torment the champion — on SmackDown Bologna June 5, Gunther attacked both Rhodes and Sami Zayn, with Zayn choosing to intervene this time. The “conditions” tease suggests Gunther wants a specific stipulation — potentially a submission match, a no-disqualification match, or something that plays to The Ring General’s strengths.

Rhodes is advertised for Providence and will almost certainly respond to Gunther’s demands. Their rivalry is the most technically compelling feud on SmackDown and a rematch at Night of Champions on June 27 is the logical destination.

Expected Storylines For SmackDown Providence

Cody Rhodes responds to Gunther — The Undisputed WWE Champion is advertised for Providence. Whatever conditions Gunther names tonight, Rhodes will address them. A Rhodes-Gunther rematch at Night of Champions is the biggest match WWE can book for Riyadh on the SmackDown side.

Rhea Ripley injury update — Ripley was attacked by Jade Cargill on SmackDown Bologna and has not appeared since. Her status heading into the Queen of the Ring and Night of Champions is unclear. If Cargill wins the QOTR match tonight and advances, a Ripley-Cargill rematch at Night of Champions becomes the women’s championship direction.

Trick Williams and the US Championship — Williams entered the King of the Ring tournament but was eliminated in the first round. With the US title still around his waist, the Carmelo Hayes and Ricky Saints rivalry remains the most likely next challenger direction. A US title match at Night of Champions could be set up tonight.

MFT vs Damian Priest and R-Truth — The tag team championship feud has simmered through the European tour. Providence could see the next chapter — potentially setting up a tag title match at Night of Champions.

Drew McIntyre — Advertised for Providence and still without a defined programme. Night of Champions in Riyadh would be a natural stage for McIntyre to re-establish himself in a meaningful feud.
